Kevin J. Bishop joined Condon & Forsyth LLP in 2009. His practice encompasses all aspects of aviation litigation,
including class actions, multi-district and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced at a major international law firm as a member of its Trial Department.
As a litigation associate, Kevin focused his practice on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property matters
and white-collar defense litigation.
Kevin is admitted to the bars of New York (2006) and Massachusetts (2006),
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2009), and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern (2008),
Eastern (2009) and Western (2009) Districts of New York.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law (J.D., 2005), where he received the
Nancy K. Rhoden Scholarship and was a member of the Journal of Law & Technology. He also has a Masters of Public Policy
from Duke University (M.P.P., 2005) and a Masters of Science from Boston University (M.S., 2000). He received his Bachelor
of Science degree magna cum laude from Boston University (B.S., 1998).
