Kerry Higgins has been an associate of the firm since 2007. Kerry has experience in litigation concerning aviation matters, product liability, insurance coverage, mass disaster and multi-district mass tort. Kerry’s practice is primarily focused on aviation law and also includes all aspects of general commercial and civil litigation.

She is a graduate of New York Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2007)(Dean's List 2005-2007, High Honors 2006) and Sarah Lawrence College (B.A., 2003).

Kerry has served as Executive Case Comments Editor of the New York Law School Law Review (2006-2007) and as a Member (2005-2006). As a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, she was affiliated with The Institute for Information Law & Policy and actively involved in the Program in Law & Journalism.
