Richard A. Lazenby joined Condon & Forsyth LLP in 1999 and is a partner in our firm's Los Angeles office. Richard's practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation, including complex and multidistrict litigation in state and federal courts around the United States. His experience includes several major domestic and international aviation disasters, general aviation, products liability, insurance coverage, general tort claims and contract disputes. Richard has experience through trial and appeal as both lead and assistant counsel. He also has significant experience representing clients in resolving disputes pre-litigation and through various alternative dispute resolution and arbitration settings.

Along with Condon & Forsyth LLP being selected as one of the top aviation law firms for 2011, special mention was made of Richard in the Legal 500 (2011) as being highly recommended for his work. Richard was honorably selected in 2007 and 2008 as a Southern California Super Lawyer - "Rising Star".

Richard is admitted to the bar of California (1999) and the U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia (2011). He is a member of the Los Angeles and American Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of California. He is also a International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy Graduate (2003). Prior to joining the firm, Richard served as a Law Clerk for New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic City, New Jersey (1996). He is a graduate of Syracuse University (J.D., 1998) and Richard Stockton College (B.A., 1995).
