Laura A. McGinn has been an associate of the firm since January 2006 and previously from 1998 until 2000. Laura's practice encompasses general counsel work for aircraft manufacturers, aircraft component manufacturers, aircraft maintenance companies, airlines and insurers. Her practice focuses on litigation involving product liability, general commercial disputes and employment issues in addition to contract formation, contract interpretation and insurance coverage issues. Laura has litigated in state and federal courts (including multidistrict litigations) throughout the United States on both the trial and appellate levels.

Laura is admitted to the bar of New York (1996) and the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2004). She is a member of the American Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Laura is a graduate of New York Law School (J.D., Order of Barristers, 1995) and the University of Michigan (B.A., 1991).

Prior to joining the firm, Laura was an Assistant District Attorney, Kings County, New York (1996-1998) and a Special Assistant District Attorney, Pro bono Appeals, Kings County, New York (2005).
