Nandini Rao joined the firm in 2011 and focuses her practice on multi-district mass tort and aviation litigation.

She is admitted to the New York State Bar (2011) and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Nandini worked as a fellow with the Honorable Ronald L. Ellis in the Southern District of New York. She is a graduate of Emory University School of Law (J.D., 2010) (with honors) and New York University’s College of Arts and Science (B.A., 2006) (cum laude, with high honors in Sociology). While at Emory Law, Nandini served as a Managing Editor for the Emory International Law Review and received the Dean’s Award for her work in the International Humanitarian Law Clinic.
