Jean Cooper Rose joined Condon & Forsyth LLP in 2001. Jean's practice encompasses all
aspects of aviation, multi-district mass tort litigation, products liability, commercial and
construction litigation and appeals. During her legal career Jean has successfully represented
and counseled domestic and foreign airline carriers, commercial transportation firms, manufacturers,
and insurance companies in cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, cargo claims, premises
liability, subrogation matters, antitrust and contract disputes.
As a trial and appellate attorney, Jean has significant experience in litigating cases in both
state and federal courts. Recently, Jean successfully briefed and argued an antitrust case in

airline saving the carrier millions of dollars in potential damages to the plaintiff.

company where she represented individuals and Fortune 500 companies in general liability litigation
and subrogation matters. Jean has a background in business and international taxation,
