Jane M. Sigda is an associate of the firm. Jane's practice experience encompasses all aspects of product liability defense, international and domestic aviation law, insurance and reinsurance law, multi-district mass tort litigation and appeals.

Jane has successfully represented and counseled clients, including international aircraft manufacturers, aircraft service providers and their insurers, in international and domestic litigation. As a trial attorney, Jane has significant experience in litigating cases in both state and federal courts.

Several times a year, Jane is involved in the preparation and presentation of seminars to her clients on diverse aviation-related issues, including contract negotiation, product liability law, contractual risk allocation, remedies and warranty basics.

She is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey (2000), as well as the Southern District of New York (2003). She is also a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.

Jane graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1999) and the University of Rochester (B.A., cum laude, 1994). She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. David Landau and Hon. Irwin I. Kimmelman, Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey.
