> Allison M. Surcouf
Allison M. Surcouf is an associate of the firm. Allison's practice encompasses all
aspects of aviation litigation. Allison has experience in litigation concerning aviation
matters, product liability, mass tort, and trademark infringement, as well as general
commercial and civil litigation.
Prior to joining Condon & Forsyth LLP, Allison practiced general commercial litigation and
trial practice.
Allison is admitted to the bar of New York (2007) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern
and Eastern Districts of New York (2008). Her memberships include the Federal Bar Council,
the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
She is a graduate of Emory University School of Law (J.D., 2006) and Louisiana State
University (B.A., 2003).
