David P. Yates is a senior associate of the firm. David's practice encompasses all aspects of aviation litigation, insurance and products liability law.

He is admitted to the bar of New York (1990) and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.

David is a graduate of Georgetown University (J.D., 1989) and Columbia University (B.A., 1982).
